Connect cross-platform accounts & identity management
Here’s a look at what’s new in AccelByte Cloud 3.18.0:
Grant Subscription Time via Code
You can now grant Subscription Time to players via a single-use redeemable code. Players can redeem their code via the account page to get their subscription time extended.
Quality of Service (QoS) Scheduled Latencies Updater
We have created a scheduler to help game developers implement matchmaking in multiple regions.
Client-Side Data Caching (In-Memory)
You can now cache static data/files in the memory to reduce HTTP calls.
Registration & Upgrade Account Improvement
Registration and Upgrading account flows have been simplified. Players will now be prompted to enter and verify their email prior to completing their account details.
Migrating from Adyen Checkout SDK to Drop-in (opens new window)
In response to Adyen’s phase-out of the Checkout Web SDK, all Admin Portal references have been switched to the latest online payment system Drop-in. For more information on this migration, see Adyen’s Migrating to Drop-in (opens new window) guide.
Improved the In-game Upgrade Account in UE4 and Unity SDK.
Date and time zones in the Analytics Dashboard now display in UTC rather than the user’s local time.
Improved the RSA Key on Snowflake Configuration to simplify accessing, updating, and generating.
